

Application Scope
Due to the high investment and risk of offshore oil and gas extraction, the wellheads are generally more concentrated on the platform, and the platform space is limited. The wellhead control panel (WHCP) comes with an integrated design. One WHCP can control up to 24 wells, maximizing space utilization. Modular design is also adopted, with one module corresponding to one well, making it easy to operate and use. The WHCP can control surface master valve, surface trickle valve, subsurface safety valve, and vent valve. It can be interlocked to start up or shut off the electric submersible pump, and functioned with local shut-off, remote shut-off, ESD shut-off, fusible plug shut-off, and HP and LP pilot valve shut-off (depending on the technical requirements of each project in the drilling and completion plan). With the intelligent upgrade of offshore oil and gas extraction, in addition to the shut-off function, the WHCP of Matorly Engineers has also been upgraded with remote well opening function. In case of unmanned platform or production resumption after typhoons, the remote well opening can be enabled by the WHCP in the central control room or the onshore central control room, greatly improving the safety and intelligence level of oil and gas extraction.
