Characteristics

1. The standard material for the valve body is high-nickel 316L stainless steel (nickel content >12%, nickel equivalent ¡Ý28.5%), and the valve needle is made of S17400 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

2. The standard packing material is reinforced PTFE (-73¡ãC to 316¡ãC), offering broad compatibility with various media.

3. The sealing between the valve needle and valve seat is metal-to-metal, providing a good sealing effect, extending service life, and ensuring the durability of the cycling switch.

4. The lift rod design with a non-rotating valve needle reduces valve seat wear.

5. The carefully selected materials reduce the rotational torque, increasing the service life of the threads.

The Cv value represents the flow coefficient of the straight-through needle valve, while the Cv value of the angle needle valve is approximately 50% higher (with water as the medium).
