In mid-August, a partner client of Matorly Hydrogen Energy from Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "Company A") came all the way to Shenzhen to complete the global premiere of the R&D-related test experiments of the ultra-high pressure diaphragm compressor at Matorly's Shenzhen Manufacturing Center. The team from the Chemical Machinery Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University, known as the "Incubation Base of Chinese Compressors", also attended to provide support. The three parties jointly researched the key application of ultra-high pressure technology in the field of diaphragm compressors and achieved experimental results that exceeded expectations.


In the testing workshop of Matorly, Qu, the chief engineer from Company A, Dr. Long from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the professional testing team members of Matorly conducted multiple sets of experiments over an 8-hour period on the research topic of Company A. They meticulously recorded the data and repeatedly compared it. Eventually, they concluded that under ultra-high pressure conditions, the experimental results were in line with the expectations of Company A. This provided an important technical breakthrough and strong data support for the release of Company A's ultra-high pressure diaphragm compressor.
Diaphragm compressors are a type of special-structured positive displacement compressor, widely used in the compression of high-purity gases. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's hydrogen energy industry, the application scenarios of diaphragm compressors have been continuously expanding.
